Did not know there is a name for it, Ponerology, but I have seen parts of it in most big companies.
It is also easy to see the patterns of it over time. I have characterized it as there always being some despot who must have power to lord over all other men and raise hell while doing so. In modern history these are obama, hitler, pol pot, our little friend putin, mussolini, mao etc.
Meanwhile, most ordinary men just want to get on with life and enjoy as much of it as they can taking care of home and family and self-actualization when possible. From time-to-time the situation becomes untenable for these normal men and they must rise up and thrash the hell out of the psychopaths and their evil usually killing them and then the pattern begins anew.
It’s another name for the antichristian spirit, which affects an individual person all the way up through entire societies. The man in the video says the problem is people, but it’s really a spiritual war. The satanic forces work through people. Thank God that ultimately He’s in total control and has already defeated evil.
In the Bible this is called “reprobation” ; it is spiritual psychopathy/sociopathy and the clinical description is found in Rom. 1:18-32 and II Tim. 3:1-5.
The Holy Spirit through the apostle Paul had these people figured out long time ago.
There is a reason the Bible says that the wicked should not rule over the righteous lest the righteous be forced into iniquity.
