President Trump referred to public benefits fraud in Massachusetts during his State of the Union address Tuesday night, promising a “war on fraud” after several SNAP schemes were uncovered in the Bay State along with recent whistleblower allegations of a lackluster response by state officials.
“There’s been no more stunning example than Minnesota. Where members of the Somali community have pillaged an estimated $19 billion from the American tax bill, we have all the information. And in actuality, the number is much higher than that,” said Trump. “And California, Massachusetts, Maine, and many other states are even worse. This is the kind of corruption that shreds the fabric of a nation. And we are working on it like you wouldn’t believe it.”
Trump then announced that he is declaring a “war on fraud,” to be led by Vice President JD Vance, promising a balanced budget if successful.
“This could be it. We’ll get it done. And we’re able to find enough of that fraud. We will actually have a balanced budget overnight. It will go very quickly. That’s the kind of money you’re talking about. A balanced budget. The Somali pirates who ransacked Minnesota remind us that there are large parts of the world where bribery, corruption, and lawlessness are the norm, not the exception,” said Trump.
Trump mentioned fraud in Massachusetts just one day after sharing three recent Boston Herald articles on the topic to his personal Truth Social account.
Trump’s announcement comes as Gov. Maura Healey refuses to hand over personal information on Massachusetts SNAP recipients, including immigration status, to the Trump administration and the USDA. Healey says the administration has given her office no assurances that the data will not be passed on to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

Someone commented on the information that one address was used by 154 voters. The comment was it was an apartment complex. Sorry, every apartment in a complex has a specific address for the occupant. Every building has a number, and every door a specific number.

DELOITTE IES Integrated Eligibility System is the biggest fraud... and the basis for much other fraud. DELOITTE IES is the system that enrolls people in Medicaid, CHPS, SNAP/EBT, WIC, TANF, Sec8, etc. IES is the system that has accurate or inaccurate address. IES is the system that enrolls dead people to receive benefits. IES is the system that enrolls DUPS. Sue Smith, Susan Smith, Susan Jones-Smith have the same DOB, SSN and address but have 3 IES ID in the EMPI Enterprise Master Person Index of Deloitte.
EMPI is a fraud as it does not fit the definition of a Master Person Index.
Much other fraud is based on the fraud of Deloitte. A nursing home is paid for residents now “living” in the grave. A Doctor bills for service to each Dup ID as he did provide service to the 1 person behind those 3 ID. SNAP benefits are sent to each ID which happen to be for the same person.
DELOITTE fraud is the fraud that makes much other fraud possible.
Deloitte is in 25 states, MA, NY, PA, VA, IL, GA, FL, TX, CA..mostly the big states, not MN. When will the DOJ, RFK, DR OZ go after the basis for so much fraud?
IMO, the largest source of fraud in the Federal government is in the Department of War.
