Here’s the thing - Japan was able to STOP its Leftists from repopulating the country in time...and, so, now they get to watch themselves proven right as to why that was needed.

I think that she called the election, but probably based on the behavior of her Globalist Opposition.

You know that party has ruled Japan since WW2. Never lost.
I found that interesting when I first heard it.
But it’s unique. They can go from left to right within the same party. The last guy was getting too chummy with China, he was the son of a famous politician so they voted him in. And then replaced him with their current PM. I really like the new PM, she’s like a Margaret Thatcher and a Trump in one.
And she hates China :-)
She was kind of temporary. She replaced the last guy that resigned. So she needed an election to show her mandate.

That’s exactly what the Democrats want here. You can vote for anyone you want, as long as they are a Democrat. The party itself can go back and forth over time.
