They’ll just keep coming back. Their home countries gotta be real $hitholes to make them do that. Will that 5 year imprisonment that the rats wouldn’t go along with work? Rinos were the problem. Employers too.

Just wait, they will introduce an amnesty bill (but it won’t say that) and the Republicans will go all out convincing everyone how good it is for the country.

Due process is for citizens. Not illegal aliens.

For each deportation, the penalty should be losing a limb every time the illegal democrat is sent back. /spit

No they will serve their time. Being an illegal alien is not a get out jail free card in the federal system.

8 USC 1326 (Reentry after Deportation) is an easy prosecution because there is no defense unless the defendant can convince the court that they are not really here standing in court.

These must be SNOWBIRD illegals who can’t take the winter weather in sanctuary states like Illinois or New York.

But that is a bad decision to spend the winter in Florida.

Illegals committing crimes are good talking points for MAGA candidates running for office. Show pictures of victims of rape, murders, etc. Then show pictures of arrested suspects . Then show clear photos of demonstrators that tried to stop the Federal agents. Then show the picture of the liberal running for office and stating his position on the Federal agents doing their job.

Illegal: "So, where is my hotel room and the social worker to set up my benefits?"

Uh, we do things differently in Florida.

in the 80’s and 90’s the Mexican illegals would come across the border and try to get up to 5 years in a penitentiary, so they probably still do. The long plan was to get all of their medical problems taken care of in the federal system glasses teeth and any other ailments, as they knew about the UNICOR factory system throughout the bureau of prisons. that allowed them to work 8 hours a day and make piecemeal or hourly wages. all tax free, all meals, recreation, clothes, cleaning and supplies provided, no rent and a support system for education and training, on the street they would have to pay all of it out of meager under the table wages, my inmates usually sent 4 to 600 a month home for their family and retirement after release. YEAH, they were the dumb ones.

Enter the US illegally once -> misdemeanor.

Do it again -> felony.

I don't know about other people but if I had a felony conviction it would be life-changing. I could never work again at my occupation. It would be a real hassle.

When you hear "criminal aliens first, those are the ones we are going after" the reporters are neglecting to mention that repeated entry into the US (a good fraction of them) is indeed a felony, with all the features and goodies that come along with a felony.

People defer to lawyers but remember this: The law was written for nonlawyers. It should be observable and understandable and knowable by lay people. Otherwise it is just an accumulation of a million tyrannical and arbitrary nitpicky rules to torment us normals. The law is for US, not the lawyers and politicians.

It's a mystery how Garcia-Palma allegedly got to Florida, but was definitely deported in 2017, definitely deported in 2019, and definitely deported in 2020,

in the 80’s and 90’s at the USP Leavenworth and I suppose they are still doing the long plan today of getting picked up by the police and be sentenced for 2 to 5 years in the federal system to get all of their medical problems fixed, teeth and dentures free, eyes checked and glasses and any other problems worked on while getting free room and board, education and technical school, recreation, food and clothes, then they all know about the UNICOR, federal prison industries making things for the government at a per piece rate or hourly job. think what they would have left from their 5 dollar an hour job on the street compared to free prison life. I had inmates making almost as much as I was making as a guard and sending 4 to 500 a month home so their family could buy the farm or house to retire to when their time was up. do you still think prison will teach them not to come here?
