ICE arrested the man, German Llangari Inga, in May 2024 after they say Hennepin County refused to honor a detainer and released him twice.
Hallie Helgeson, 18, born in St. Paul and raised in Montevideo, MN, was killed last year along with her 19-year-old boyfriend, Brady Heiling, while traveling in Wisconsin when they were struck head on by a drunk driver traveling the wrong way on the highway. The driver, according to DHS, was an intoxicated Honduran national in the country illegally. […]

The death not in this list is the Somali LEO who shot a woman.
In 2017, Somali-American police officer Mohamed Noor shot and killed Justine Damond, an unarmed Australian woman, after she called 911 to report a possible assault. Noor was later convicted of third-degree murder and manslaughter, but his murder conviction was overturned in 2021, leading to his release from prison in 2022.
Presumably Noor was legal?
Of course, his status ought to be challenged as should the status of any remaining ancestral family members, and then he can be on the list of illegal aliens in earnest.
Freaking ironic, isn’t it? Yet they still refuse to leave or even pause fidelity to their far-left cult.
