I’d nominate citizen investigative reporter Nick Shirley, but it looks like you have to be a federal employee.
Well, okay. Then Mr. Trump, consider awarding Nick Shirley the Presidential Medal of Freedom instead. He deserves it way more than many who got it in the past: Nancy Pelosi, Al Gore, etc.
