I watched this(first time) and was amazed. What an incredible leader!
We don’t need a deal with Iran other than maybe let the mullahs flee the country.
Who in Iran? The IGRC or the revolutionaries? If it is with the IGRC that would result in a deal leaving them in charge would be a disaster! It would be a betrayal of the people who have been fighting to overthrow it for three weeks with the belief that Trump had their back.
At this point, a peace deal with Iran would have to be a negotiated surrender.
Here’s the negotiation. The Mullahs leave. The gov’t there give up to the Iranian people.
He knows how to seize the momentum. He’s knows the mullahs are taking a serious look at what happened to Maduro. They would have to be suicidal to follow Maduro’s playbook. But then again, we’re talking about the mullahs who believe (or claim to believe) in all the Mahdi, apocalyptic stuff, so we’ll see.
No safe exit for Iranian leaders.
No Fly Zone for all Iranian aircraft.
Iranian leaders required to meet with civilian parties.
Iranian ground troops must disarmed or be considered enemy combatants.
Pretty much.

They better get straight to the bomb shelter! In June we said Iran had to agree to something by a certain date and then we sneak attacked two days before that date. Then the Hamas delegation was bombed in Qatar when they were there for a negotiation session.
I did not gather from his comments that he wants to make a deal; only that the mullahs want to make a deal….
I expect that if there is eventually a deal made, it will not be favorable to those
theocratic a$$holes!
It sounds like the mullahs know that their gooses are cooked and the only think that’s going to keep their heads from being hoisted up on a pike is to reach out to the US while they are still in power. If they can get the US to back off their intent to help the revolutionaries by offering a few token concessions, they can crush the opposition without fear of American retaliation. Hopefully, President Trump will settle for nothing less than riding these mullahs out on a rail and setting the stage for a free Iran.
Uh oh, we always attack when we negotiate. It’s a war crime called perfidy, but that doesn’t matter to us.
They all want condos in Miami. 😉
They ordered death to the civilians and should answer to the Iranian civilians.

The mullahs never really gave a damn about the rules of war so it would be an appropriate end for them.
Undoubtedly you’ll be in mourning once the mullahs are out of power, but at least the Iranian people won’t be.
Perfidy is not a war crime, or any crime, for the US or Iran.
Neither country ratified the 1977 Additional Protocols where perfidy was codified.
