Zohran Mamdani stands by ‘housing justice’ appointee Cea Weaver — as Trump admin warns NYC ‘should be on notice’

Mayor Zohran Mamdani stood by his new top tenant advocate Tuesday after her past inflammatory social media posts sparked a firestorm — and a warning shot from the Trump administration.

Longtime housing activist Cea Weaver, the new director of the Office to Protect Tenants, received a boost from Mamdani even as controversy engulfed his administration over her recently unearthed posts branding homeownership “a weapon of white supremacy” and declaring, “Seize private property.”

“We made the decision to have Cea Weaver serve as our executive director for the mayor’s office to protect tenants, to build on the work that she has done to protect tenants across the city, and we were already seeing the results of that work,” Mamdani told reporters following an unrelated news conference.

Might be gamesmanship and gaslighting. Bring out the most incredibly Marxist, racist, anti-Caucasian, whacko to strike fear into the hearts of normal people.

Then when nothing of the sort of Marxist claptrap occurs, people will say: see, there isn’t anything wrong with socialism.

Well, duh. Since when do Collectivists not enjoy the warm embrace of other Collectivists?

You know why they call themselves Collectivists? Because they collect everything you own. And distribute it amongst themselves.

...she argued the state can “further de-commodify housing and land” by cancelling rents and shuttering eviction courts. “And, as landlords exit the market, using state action to acquire properties and leverage disinvestment to convert thousands of homes into publicly and democratically controlled land/housing,”

Cancelling rents? Good grief! She admits that landlords will abandon properties that are rent-controlled, but she plans on using taxpayer money to buy them and then rent them out. It is presumed that rents will be well below market values and we do not know how one will qualify for such units. I wonder what impact this will have on rental real estate values. My guess is buyers will invest their dollars elsewhere.

May come true in Atlantic City
Oh she may turn out to be
The queen of femininity

Housing Justice

Food Justice

Transportation Justice

Climate Justice

Retributive Justice

Economic Justice

Distributive Justice

In other words, how you behave, talk, think, inside and outside of your home, is mandated to be “fair.”

If your home is too large, you either “redistribute” some of it to those who “need” it. Or, Big Brother will just take the entire home/property to enforce “Redistributive Justice.”

The same for food, heating, cooling, travel, etc.

If you are part of the evil Caucasians, you may not “qualify” for anything.

When the New York tyrants run out of Caucasians to punish, they will target caucASIANs.

And so it goes.

I see thousands of lawsuits coming from R/E owners.

The city government won’t be able to do anything until all those lawsuits are settled, and then, the city will have to pay the court costs for all the R/E owners.

The backlash will put an end to Dumddani’s administration.

“They should be on notice, they’re on high scrutiny,” Dhillon of city government. “We will NOT tolerate discrimination based on skin color,” she also said in a Tuesday social media post. “It is ILLEGAL. [DOJ Civil Rights is paying very close attention.”

Good to see Harmeet threaten action if they descrimate against white people.

But she also needs to protect property owners of all colors against NYC seizing private property.

And she really needs to go after rent control, which I don't see happening.

Inductive logic leads me to the notion that Mamdani is some kind of rump British Empire/Davos/Obama/DC deep-state plant. His life story, and that of his parents, stink of it.

They activated him and elevated him, via their woke, uniparty network in NY City, to simply cause destabilize the USA’s political situation and be a thorn in the side to Trump.

There are applicable state and county and countrywide laws that need to be followed. It's not just the city courts that have jurisdiction. Plus, there is a city council that has to be dealt with. The mayor is not the only ruler in the city.

Or it might be that he is a totally committed Marxist who is not playing games and will implement every shed of Marxism he can possibly get away with. At which point people will say “see, I told you so”.
