Why do they need all those Somali day centers. Day care is for watching the kids while the parents are at work. 2/3+ of Somalis are on welfare, not work. Without work they’re free to take care of their own kids!

Aren’t state required to inspect and certify daycare centers, schools, etc. from time to time or yearly? Is anyone looking into such inspections or lack of inspections yet?

Nothing in these numbers looks unusual. Race and income are complex issues, and can't fairly be condensed into an argument about who pays more taxes.
Whites are the group that has had residence in this country the longest. It wouldn't be disputed that generally, whites have had a lot more economic opportunities, due to the fact that their access to secondary, and therefore post-secondary education has been far better than that of minorities.
Better education = better salary.
