We're expected to see everyone just as law abiding and reasoned as WE are! Authorities are indoctrinated into treating all people the same AS IF we are all the same.
A murdering animal is not the same as everyone else! It's a mistake to see him that way or to treat him that way. How many arrests for violent assault does it take to make that apparent to the law!!??
And using the term "migrant." At least say "so-called migrant."

People think that cops, courts, and prisons exist to protect decent people from criminals.
Actually it’s the reverse that’s true.
And once a big enough number of decent people realize that the government is failing in their duties, well, things will start getting really, really ugly.
