An undergrad student is accused of plotting an attack on the University of Delaware Police Department after officers found weapons, armor, and a notebook containing "premeditated assault plans" and a diagram of the department during a traffic stop on Monday night. --SNIP-- Luqmaan Khan, 25, was arrested just around midnight after investigators say he was confronted by police while sitting in a pickup truck in Canby Park after hours.

Apparently so. According to Grok, they have 92 full time employees. This includes 54 officers and additional support staff.

And Delaware’s lame a** Gov just signed a bill into law that prohibits the police from assisting ICE. Made us a mini sanctuary state, but of course that won’t come back and bite us in the butt..[sarc]

He doesn’t look very Pakistani. From the photo I’d guess he was a Muslim convert from the USA.
Other stories say he came to the u.s. from pakistan as a boy and is a u.s. citizen. Can’t find any information on his parents, but he looks less Pakistani than any Pakistani i’ve ever seen.
I thought maybe he was Polish or German.
