The president made his announcement in a post on Truth Social and claimed those who operated the autopen were doing it illegally.
“Any document signed by Sleepy Joe Biden with the Autopen, which was approximately 92% of them, is hereby terminated, and of no further force or effect. The Autopen is not allowed to be used if approval is not specifically given by the President of the United States,” Trump stated:
The Radical Left Lunatics circling Biden around the beautiful Resolute Desk in the Oval Office took the Presidency away from him. I am hereby cancelling all Executive Orders, and anything else that was not directly signed by Crooked Joe Biden, because the people who operated the Autopen did so illegally. Joe Biden was not involved in the Autopen process and, if he says he was, he will be brought up on charges of perjury. Thank you for your attention to this matter!
In May, Trump said Biden’s alleged use of the autopen was growing into a bigger scandal.
“The president’s comments come after a Heritage Foundation report said in March the majority of official documents signed by former President Joe Biden were done so by using an autopen signature, raising many questions,” per Breitbart News.
The White House later hung portraits of U.S. presidents in the West Wing colonnade in the Rose Garden, but Biden’s was a photo of an autopen.

In late October, the House Oversight Committee “urged the Justice Department to investigate executive actions taken by President Joe Biden’s (D) administration, stating that some orders were issued without his explicit approval,” Breitbart News reported.
The report alleged some of Biden’s aides may have used the autopen to sign off on some of the actions without him knowing about it.
House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) said, “We have provided Americans with transparency about the Biden Autopen Presidency, and now there must be accountability.”
Trump is talking about Biden’s executive orders here. He’s not talking about bills that Biden (allegedly) signed into law.
Executive orders issued by former presidents are easy to cancel. Laws, impossible to just cancel. Such a law would have to be repealed by Congress first.
Anyway, good for Trump keeping this issue alive.
May the screaming begin.
Gotta feeling that multiple federal and state judges across the country will rule against Trump on this. Not sure why I would think that ...
Feb 27 (Reuters) - A federal judge in Texas on Tuesday ruled that a $1.7 trillion government funding bill was unconstitutionally passed in 2022 through a pandemic-era rule that allowed lawmakers in the U.S. House of Representatives to vote by proxy rather than in person.
U.S. District Judge James Wesley Hendrix in Lubbock reached that conclusion as he granted Republican Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton's request to block a provision of that bill that gave pregnant workers stronger legal protections.
This is over the top.
What about the 8000 pardons? Anyone think Biden looked at 8000 pardons?
I think he is claiming that legislation not officially signed by him are no legally laws, of course that will be stalled in the courts. He could undo the Kennedy EO that allowed unions to control the government jobs but he won't.
The whole presidency should be anulled. It was illegitimate right from the beginning. A partially self aware man who sat out the entire campaign season in his basement “wins” an election with an unprecendented number of votes beating out every presidential candidate in history while winning the fewest number of counties !?!

This is a smart move. Now anyone claiming the authenticity of any particular document will have the burden of proving authenticity.
It was absolutely 100% fraudulent and I would even go so far as to say democrats were behind the release of Covid solely to harm Trumps reelection chances. It comes out during an election year, it immediately stopped his rallies, it harmed the economy, it gave them an excuse to change election laws, and every night on the propaganda news they could bash Trump relentlessly by reading a death count even though they committed the worst terror attack in human history that ultimately cost 7 million people their lives, a crime against humanity.
I tell people who think I’m going overboard, Bidens first day in office he opened the border without ANY regard for the safety of the people, ultimately allowing 20 million foreign nationals to enter with ZERO concern for lives. Democrats think spit about the US citizen or the lives of anyone, as long as they get their damn political office.
