U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi said Thursday prosecutors will seek the death penalty against the man accused of attacking two National Guardsmen shot in the nation’s capital the day before Thanksgiving.
Bondi made officials’ intentions in the case clear while speaking during an interview on Fox News about the suspect identified as 29-year-old Rahmanullah Lakanwal, the New York Post reported Thursday.
“I will tell you early, we will do everything in our power to seek the death penalty against that monster who should not have been in our country,” she said.
Bondi appeared to clarify that “if something happens” to the guardsmen, who remain in critical condition after undergoing emergency surgery, prosecutors will seek the death penalty, per Breitbart News.

I’m all for the death penalty in this case, doesn’t it seem like this is a distraction from crimes that happen in Washington that no one talks about.
Comey and Letitia James get their cases dismissed.
The Epstein Files still haven’t been released, and no one has been prosecuted or even arrested for sexually abusing children.
No one has been arrested for the Russia Gate story.
No one except those who have exposed the truth about the 2020 election have been arrested.
I get the feeling we are getting played by seeking the death penalty against this one person while thousands of other crimes are overlooked.

Remember also the 2013 Boston Marathon bomber, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev. He was sentenced to death by a federal jury.
That sentence is yet to be carried out.

Good luck with finding 12 “reasonable” DC residents to hand out that judgement. That is why the NG is on the Streets of DC to begin with.

Court martial should have taken a couple weeks. Hanged him on the parade ground at 0530, followed by a 10k Brigade run, and a four day weekend. This isn’t complicated.

Occasionally we are thrown a bone to distract us from the Major Hassans of the world, unless you are an alleged white supremacist like Timothy McVeigh who deserved the death penalty, he was put on trial, convicted, sentenced to death and executed in record time, I don’t remember anyone else who got what they deserved so quickly.
Be ready for the muslim population to lose their minds over that and retaliate in a way that would justify the same result for them.
They WILL rise up and start terror attacks. Maybe not a massive one like 8/11 but we’ll be nickel and dimed with small ones all across the country that will be written off by the leftists as isolated incidents by individuals suffering from *mental illness*.

One thing that gets my fury is Lakanwal drove his car from Bellingham, Washington to Washington D.C. to murder National Guard members. I have made that drive from Tacoma, WA to Washington D.C. to do church directory portraits of over 200 families at a WA DC Catholic Church. That trip was not easy and Lakanwal’s determination it took to do his trip of evil is off the scale. It also paints a horrible picture of this monster who benefited from America’s generous aid for his wife and five kids to live in Bellingham.
Bondi does a lot of seeking and a lot of tough talking. If her walk was half as good as her talk, it would be encouraging.
So far we have heard of so much corruption, right to the top, and the only two indictments issued are now in question. Heck, they didn’t even come out from her.
Other than talk a lot of bluster, I fail to see her having accomplished anything.
Magistrate Judge Teresa Stokes needs to be booted off the bench.
They are probably waiting until Bondi tries to take our guns.
This is my concern. DC is 90+% Democrat. They will not convict.
