U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio touched down in Geneva on Sunday morning for discussions on a 28-point plan for peace to end the Ukraine war, after Washington signalled flexibility on the controversial proposal.
As Breitbart News detailed, the plan — reportedly drafted by President Donald Trump’s envoy Steve Witkoff and Secretary of State Marco Rubio — was first presented to Ukrainian Defense Minister Rustem Umarov in Kyiv, who made some revisions and passed it along to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
Umarov later denied expressing approval for much of the plan, saying he merely helped to organize discussions about it.
Trump has given Ukraine until November 27 to approve the plan to end the nearly four-year conflict, but Kyiv is seeking changes to a draft that accepts some of Russia’s hardline demands.
European leaders are also keen to offer input after being caught flat footed by Trump’s push to work a peace deal with Russia and end the fighting.

Prior to that there were 8 years of conflict in eastern Ukraine between Ukrainian military forces and Russia-backed separatists.
Trump has strongly stated, the WAR must END.
He is right, but the EU and NATO nations deny the reality of the situation in Ukraine.

The terms of the deal are not “surrender” by either side. It’s “stop killing each other and do this instead.”

The denial and disconnect from reality is like nothing I've seen. They feed off of a cirular information system that echos what those inside like to hear, and they all believe each others' flasehoods and wishful thinking.
It's a cult of delusion, and like any cult members, they get nasty when pricked with realities that counter their belief system.
So now they're entirely shocked that their WEF/NATO/WSJ neocon hate-Russia enterprise is crashing and burning. They cannot believe they lost. They were told - or told each other - feeding the machine with bodies, gear and cash, again, would win. It didn't.
It's now GAME OVER. That's a bitter pill to swallow, but I gotta admit certain satisfaction in watching it get smashed down their chickenhawk necks. Armchair mini-Cheneys who have no idea what war does. And like that evil fatass, most have never served their country, much less saw first hand what war does to people, lives, families. They have others commit evil for them - while they watch Fox News and Netflix.
They, and those like them, have caused enormous pain and suffering, on all sides. Countless deaths. Hundreds of billions in treasure lost. Not just in The Ukraine, but in all the s**thole wars they, and those who think like them, dragged everyone into.
Here we are again, yet another tragic end to yet another neocon disaster. Disgrace, shunning and even *hangings are in order.

Well I have been a reservist for many years in a NATO country (not France).
I have been trained to fight against communism and sovietism. If called upon I’ll serve again. In the meantime anti-France people are calling France a war-mongering nation since it signed a deal to sell 100 Rafale fighter jets to Ukraine, Sweden agreed selling to 150 Gripen E fighter jets. These planes are the best in the world when it comes to maneuverability, better than any Russian or American planes, but… they are not stealth. Ukraine has no interest for stealth planes anyway. Stealth planes are only good for sneak attacks and for countries wanting to strike first. Ukraine is only defending itself.
Europe made America rich.
European pioneers built America.
Without Europeans, America wouldn’t be on the map.
Without France America would never have become independent from the UK.
Europe gave most of its technology to the US during and after WWII, that’s why the US could develop its industry.
In return, America helped half of Europe during the world wars, but that was also to protect their markets and huge customer base. It worked and made America rich.
Thus, the only reason America, as we know it today exists, is thanks to Europe.
Historically speaking, Europe is America’s daddy. Never forget who America’s pioneers were. Do never forget…
