BELEM, Brazil (AP) — United Nations climate talks in Brazil reached a subdued agreement Saturday to deliver more money to countries hit hardest by climate change to help them adapt to extreme weather’s wrath. But the agreement doesn’t include an explicit detailed map to phase out fossil fuels or strengthen inadequate emissions cutting plans.

Who would be dumb enough to do that? The whole premise is a gigantic scam. If there were viable replacements for petroleum, gas, and coal, maybe they might have a point. I’m not sure what it would be, since they are con artists in the first place.
All that “climate change” is, is a welfare scam for the thugs that run third world shit holes.
The Amazon rain forest will reclaim the new high way just as it did the Trans-Amazon Highway fifty years ago.
