President Otto Penn didn’t “mishandle the border.” He removed every barrier to illegal entry, put BP on stand down/door greeter duty, sent NGOs to encourage and instruct foreigners on how to cross and get bennies and even sent gov. planes to fly illegals in.
The Dems intentionally crashed the border with 20 mil+ illegal aliens and gave them every convenience, at taxpayer’s expense, to disburse throughout the country and vote Dem.

It was no fluke. When the former US Army HQ In the Canal Zone becomes a way station for South Americans & Chinese refugees passing north thru the Darian Gap, somebody gave a direct order.
