Thank you very much and God bless you.

Musk and Huang got into a bit of a tiff when Musk declared work will be optional in say 20 years because of AI/robots, while Huang thought AI may actually create more jobs because AI is augmenting jobs in some fields like radiography. We'll see.

If you are willing to live at the average standards of 1850, you can do so now, with very little work.

Both Musk and Huang may be correct.

Musk is usually 20 to 30 years ahead of the rest of us - sp he's probably right jobs will be optional in 40 to 50 years. And Huang is right in the meantime there will be more jobs. When I was young people were afraid computers would replace us all - most people would lose their jobs. Didn't happen ... Many of the jobs that exist today dind't exist in the fifties and sixties.

Will everyone be issued a robot with the latest AI on birth or when they reach 18? Will the robot then do all of the work that person's parents and grandparents had to do themselves? Why would companies want to hire someone else's robots when they could just invest in their own? Would a person's robots simply farm for produce which could be eaten or sold? Going to be interesting times.

Many of these issues have been explored in science fiction novels. When there is material abundance, actual human servants become a great luxury item.

People are unconstrained by having to work to exist, so they become bored and seek relief in drugs or virtual realities.

Perhaps people seek to move/create other worlds for a sense of purpose.

Status may become even more important than today. How to gain status in the future with abundance?

War to dominate others?

Do our digital overlords become robot police?

AI hallucinates, lies, makes mistakes. It can be improved and be a useful tool. But it should never be more than a tool. There is a need for human fact checkers to catch the mistakes of AI.

The level of tolerable errors in junk mail is different than in law enforcement , medicine.💊
