He could do it in DC where he has full control. There aren’t any big red cities. Otherwise a big city in a red state.

I'm not always on board with President Trump's ideas (especially the completely wrong, wrong wrong support of 600,000 chinese students' visas), however the suggestion to move Seattle World Cup games to safer areas makes excellent sense.

DC has a high crime rate though. If he did move it, or wherever he moves it, if there is some safety concerns they will blame it on him for moving it to wherever he moves it.
