What a wonderful, selfless man! Not only did he protect the immediate women in danger, he protected all the future people that criminal would have hurt (and their families).

Two broken legs at the age of 79 can easily lead to death.
Staying health at that age means staying active (for most people).
It is hard to stay active with two broken legs.
I know. He must not have many close family members around, at least not many who he listens to.
No matter how gutter low and vile some lawbreaker is, there is still likely to be a few fellow low lifes who will take his side and want to punish this gentleman for daring to defend himself. “That’s not how the game is supposed to be played!”
Speaking out may be his only protection.
Its completely possible that some woke, scum-sucking, left-political DA would want to prosecute him, and that public outrage is the only thing that will protect this man from left-wing lawfare.
Good thing the naked guy was white otherwise democrats would have put this vet through a George Zimmerman ordeal. On the other hand, we have Kyle Rittenhouse who was put on trial for defending his life from 3 white slimebags.

I don’t mean to second-guess the old guy (even though I am). But a lesson to be considered here is one of distance.
I know it’s often unavoidable. But try to keep a good distance between a possible threat and you. Distance is your friend.
He may have even done this to be killed, because he couldn't do himself in.

What a great tribute to Veteran’s Day! - And to Making America Safe Again.
That area is plagued by homeless encampments - which the mayor and city council do nothing about except to disappear taxpayer money intended to help the homeless.
