Israel or perhaps South Africa. The explosion was picked up by our Vela Satellites. I find it odd that Israel needs to test nukes as they are our designs and they do work. The possibility exists that Israel came up with a new design and needed to test it, or South Africa.
They are a key player in these End Times.
The question is who will be the senior in that relationship? It might be Turkey. Remember Russia has a huge Muslim population.
