DOJ demands records on 'unexplained anomalies' in 2020 election after Fulton County did not comply with subpoena

The Department of Justice sent a letter to the Fulton County Board of Registration and Elections on Thursday demanding records related to what Georgia's board of elections has called "unexplained anomalies in vote tabulation and storage related to the 2020 election" in the county.

Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights Harmeet Dhillon wrote on behalf of Attorney General Pam Bondi, "On behalf of the Attorney General of the United States, we request that you present for inspection in its entirety and most original form, all records in your possession responsive to the recent subpoena issued to your office by the State Election Board."

"The Civil Rights Division sends this request consistent with its ongoing obligations to ensure all citizens’ voting rights have been and are protected in all elections. Title III of the Civil Rights Act of 1960 ('CRA') empowers the Attorney General to request preserved election records,” the letter added.

The letter cites Section 303 of the CRA, which states in part, "any record or paper required by section 20701 of this title to be retained and preserved shall, upon demand in writing by the Attorney General or his representative directed to the person having custody, possession, or control of such record or paper, be made available for inspection, reproduction, and copying at the principal office of such custodian by the Attorney General or his representative."

I'd love to see those responsible for the 2020 election fraud in Georgia be prosecuted for their crimes. I'd also like to see Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss, who double and tripled scanned ballots, to have to return the defamation settlements they were fraudulently awarded.

I’d like to see Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss, who double and tripled scanned ballots, to have
to return the grotesque defamation settlements they were fraudulently awarded.

Giuliani was sued by the two Fulton County election workers, Ruby Freeman and Wandrea “Shaye” Moss, in a defamation lawsuit. A jury awarded the two women over $148 million in damages after finding Giuliani liable for spreading false claims about them following the 2020 election.

Freeman and Moss sued Giuliani for defamation after he made false allegations against them, including a claim that they were surreptitiously passing around USB ports as part of a ballot-stuffing scheme.

In December 2023, a jury awarded the women over $148 million in damages, including punitive and defamation damages, as well as damages for the infliction of emotional distress.

The women later filed a new lawsuit seeking a permanent injunction to prevent Giuliani from continuing to spread the same lies, as he allegedly made similar statements after the initial verdict.

I voted there and was highly pissed off, still pissed off this was not thoroughly investigated.

And then they try and impeach The President and charge him with a crime for asking the SOS to look at the votes and fraud.

Needless to say I moved and will never vote in that county again.

They sent Republican poll watchers away and then resumed the “counting of ballots” President Trump had a large lead until this illegal counting took place.

It is my understanding you cannot send poll watchers away and then resume counting votes without bipartisan oversight.

Fulton County calculatedly rid itself of Republican poll watchers then resumed the fraudulent “counting of ballots.” President Trump had a large lead until the illegal counting was set into place.

The law is clear: you cannot send poll watchers away and
then resume counting votes without “bipartisan” oversight.

Hahaha... What records? You ain’t gettin’ no steenking records. Whatever they do turn over will be as fake as Santa’s beard. This is what happens when they’re allowed to cheat for decades and get away with it over and over and over.

I’d like to see Raphael Warnock and Jaon Assoff’s votes be removed from congressional records and both thrown out of Senate.

That law could be carved on huge stone monuments in front of the State House and the White House and it would STILL be absolutely meaningless in a LAWLESS SOCIETY where the judiciaries at every level of government are CORRUPT!

Those primarily responsible for the 2020 vote fraud in Georgia were the Governor and Attorney General who ignored their responsibilities to insure honest elections by turning a blind eye to the obvious fraud.

They sent Republican poll watchers away and then resumed the “counting of ballots” President Trump had a large lead until this illegal counting took place.

Everyone was sent home because of a broken main water line, which was a total lie. When they were alone, a handful of individuals pulled out ballot boxes hidden under some tables and started running the ballots through the counting machines -- multiple times!

It was all caught on tape, and yet the guilty were never held accountable. The media reported this was all normal and it was swept under the rug. Two of the guilty won $148 million in court for being "defamed." Utterly disgusting.
