The White House on Monday released a list of criminal illegal immigrants who reportedly received Medicaid benefits while living in the United States. The post, shared on the administration’s official account, included mugshots of offenders and noted the crimes for which they were arrested, along with the label “Received Medicaid.”
The new release follows weeks of partisan conflict over government funding. Earlier this month, on October 1, a government shutdown began after lawmakers failed to agree on a budget. The main point of contention was over healthcare funding and whether illegal immigrants should have access to taxpayer-funded programs.

Hospitals absorb the cost but are reimbursed by us, via US govt. which is what the 1.5 trillion Donk shutdown is all about.

I would allow hospitals collect up to $1,000 per incident of EMTALA service from employers, with payment not in excess of $50 per week per employee concerned being due to any and all EMTALA providers and not for more than 100 weeks after service. Such payments on behalf of an employee would be considered to be a debt of the employee to the employer. Employers could collect back from employees and ex-employees (and require EMTALA incident employees to participate in an employer plan).
NOTE: My plan gets the hospitals paid, the invaders care, and zings the employers not providing insurance (or using E-verify).
NOTE: The Arbeitgeber can get the $50/week back if the Arbeitgeber gives the employee enough work.

My Suggested EMTALA Reform
To get care under the EMTALA for yourself or custodial child, the hospital might require you to
1. pay $100 in cash or by financial organization card accepted at the emergency care facility,
2. present for recording a valid coverage card and appropriate matching ID if and as required to use the coverage card,
3. hand over your valid SNAP card and present a matching valid domestic governmental picture ID,
4. hand over your valid domestic driver’s license,
5. hand over your valid US passport,
6. hand over your operable Apple or Samsung cellphone model listed by a current regulation issued by a Secretary of HHS, or
7. hand over a valid domestic governmental picture ID of yours and
a matching financial institution statement less than 70 days old showing a domestic governmental or employer direct deposit of at least $150.
States might be allowed to authorize emergency care facilities to contemporaneously debit SNAP cards for EMTALA incidents.
Items handed over may be retained by the emergency care facility until retrieved within one month by the responsible party by paying $100, or more, for the care and a $50 retrieval fee in a manner the facility accepts. Items not timely retrieved may be disposed of in a legally allowable manner.

In fact, the vast majority of illegals are healthy. The Medicaid expense of illegals is not that much different than legal immigrants or Citizens.
1) High $ cost for a very few who have HIV, STDs, bad liver, bad kidney all related to lifestyle.
2) High $ cost of newborn babies of the above.
3) Government care for everyone, regardless of whether they are sick or not. Mis-allocation of healthcare providers to where the money is rather than where the patients are.
4) Illegals do jobs that have a high rate of injury. Injury in the meat cutter plant, injury in other “dangerous” jobs. One would think that the employer’s workers comp insurance would cover this. But the government is very generous in allowing Medicaid to cover for what others should pay.
This generosity of the taxpayer exists across citizens, legal and illegals. State Farm, Allstate, Progressive, Geico are extremely happy that when a Poor person is injured in an auto accident Medicaid pays and does not seek reimbursement from the insurance company.

If you sneak in and bypass procedures, you are not a legal immigrant, not even an undocumented immigrant. You are a trespassing illegal alien, not entitled to any benefits such as healthcare in the USA. Illegal aliens are scum!
