According to Gabbard, actionable intelligence from the NCTC assisted both U.S. and Mexican authorities in the arrest of a Sinaloa Cartel leader known as “El Plato” in Juárez, Mexico, along with three alleged money launderers linked to his organization.
She also cited a separate operation in which the NCTC reportedly worked with the U.S. Marshals Service to capture another Sinaloa Cartel member accused of managing large cocaine shipments and laundering hundreds of thousands of dollars in drug proceeds.

I can (kinda) understand desperate people who will die without an organ transplant resorting to buying an organ despite the associated legal and medical risks. But I definitely can NOT understand “adopting” a baby of unknown origin.
If these people do not repent they will find out the hard way exactly what Our Lord thinks of their antics....something about millstones and eternal wrath...

The (literal) witch who did the procedures definitely is. The mothers of the babies, and the babies themselves, probably aren’t.
A year or so ago it was discovered that kidnapping pregnant woman to kill and then sell organs was being done by the Ukraine government. Of course, it wasn’t Biden’s people who discovered it; his family likely were recipients of the profits. I don’t think it was stopped, either.
