Someone in the Biden CBP manufactured a fake immigration record showing that Bolsonaro aide Filipe Martins entered the US but never left.
Brazil's now-sanctioned judge, Moraes, then used this magically appearing fraud to justify his imprisoning of Martins for 6 months
At the time, Martins wasn't even charged with a crime. But Moraes used this magic fake CBP entry to claim Martins went to the US and "evaporated."
In prison, Martins was then coerced to sign false accusations in Bolsonaro's "coup" prosecution.
Obviously this is yet more evidence to add to the mountain showing Moraes' severe abuse of power, human rights violations and tyrannical behavior.
But this should be a major story in the US. Fabricating immigration docs is a national security risk. Who in CBP did it, and why?
Today, CBP is able to announce that it has conclusively determined that Filipe Martins, a Brazilian national and advisor to former President Jair Bolsonaro, did not enter the U.S. on December 30, 2022, contrary to claims by Brazilian Justice Alexandre de Moraes, who used an erroneous CBP record to justify his imprisonment.
We have removed the erroneous record from our system, are investigating how it entered our system, and strongly condemn its misuse to convict or imprison Martins

Thanks for posting, and with the confirmatory link to Customs and Boarder Patrol. This is criminal, and someone should be going to prison for this. It is further proof of how ‘transforming America’ meant turning it into a top down authoritarian socialist/Marxist state.
Although I didn’t vote for him, I was foolish enough to think in 2008 that Obama winning the presidency would probably turn out OK, and that it would help put the narrative of a ‘racist’ America and the ‘race card’ to bed once and for all. It did just the opposite. Worse, it gave the opportunity to Marxist globalists to destabilize and destroy the America we grew up in.

So would a lot of people. Even though use of a passport is supposed to be an open public record, the Bush admin refused to release them. One of the first things Obama did as Pres was to seal his records.
The courts in Brazil are the template of how US courts can take over a gov’mt. Just like Venezuela was the template for using Dominion voting machines to miscount/create votes in 2020.
