< Lyndon had also been previously convicted for murdering two other inmates in 2004 and 2010.

Good thing Newsom got rid of the death penalty in California. How would you like to be this guy’s next cell mate

I think that's a good place for a convicted illegal alien child rapist.

He's got nothing to lose. Kill and kill again, and receive the same penalty, which he is already serving.

The death penalty does not exist in California, but this guy id doing the job the state refuses to do. So, send all the life-termers to this guy's prison, and the death sentence will be administered, free of charge, with no new charges against the capital punishment administrator.

Put the guy in a very small cell with an
exercise machine. No human contact.
No TV, no radio, no outside trips,
to the exercise yard, just give him books,
food, water, illusion of night and and day,
warmth, but no human contact till he dies.

Probably the reason he is killing is for respect and fear. The greater the fear, the easier his life will be.

They only have limited abilities to keep inmates isolated from others. I recall an interview with a professional hit man who was convicted for multiple murders. They brought him in and put him in an isolation cell that they evicted another killer from, and the other killer was really pissed off about it. He didn’t want to be in regular population and made everyone suffer because of it.

I think it was Esmund Kemper, but his bio talks about the typical serial murders of women rather than professional hits. I’m fairly certain he had a sideline of killing for cash. One of his victims never left his disco bar. Ed dressed up in platform shoes and an outrageous outfit and “bumped” into him on the dance floor, injecting the victim with a chemical that induced an instant heart attack. He then danced his way off the floor and escaped unnoticed.

These days that perp would be back on the streets after a couple hours, no cash bail.

I think we’re missing the Big Picture here.

This guy should not be celled-up with any other inmate.

This shit is deliberate on the part of CDC.

They’re denying the right of other inmates to live, by their actions or inactions.

The truth be told, they’re complicit in these inmates deaths.

Yeah, maybe the murdered inmate was a turd but he was somebody’s father, brother, son etc.

The CDC doesn’t get to decide (extra judicially) who lives and who dies.

I’m in favor of the Death Penalty but not this bullshit!

They could have kept it simple and saved so much time, money, and obviously, a couple of lives.
