Well Rand, it’s kinda like this, sometimes a True Leader has to write and implement his own rules, especially when the other branches of government are doing their best to slow walk, reverse or dismantle everything the present CIC is trying to do. I.E. “Alligator Alcatraz”.
It quickly becomes a tedious game in futility and frustration, if you limit yourself to playing by ‘their’ rules.
