COPS have been called to nearly 300 sex attacks at Scots NHS sites in the last five years, shocking figures have revealed.
They include an alleged rape at Princess Royal Maternity Hospital in Glasgow plus incidents at a sick kids unit and hospice.
Medics warned that staffing shortages and mixed-gender wards have opened the door to predators, with 12 alleged rapes including one at a maternity unit.
Insiders admitted “real issues with safety” after The Scottish Sun last week revealed a 55-year-old healthcare assistant had been charged with sexual assault at Royal Alexandra Hospital in Paisley.
One senior worker told The Scottish Sun on Sunday: “Doctors and nurses are run ragged and patients are being left to their own devices, meaning windows of opportunity everywhere.
“Attacks are coming from workers, visitors and other patients. There are huge concerns over patients who lack mental capacity and may not even realise they’ve been attacked.”

UK brings in the 3rd world to staff the NHS.
They listed some names that were definitely Islamic or at least foreign. A few locals, too. Horrifying to be put in a hospital or care facility & end up raped & abused.
Lots of US hospitals and clinics do the same thing.
That said, one of the nicest, most caring, friendliest nurses I ever had was a Somali woman in Minneapolis hospital!

The rape stuff isn’t happening here in the US (well, except in LTC facilities... but everyone should know that with staffing shortages be prepared to stay with your loved one at the hospital to look after them- especially if they are incapacitated.
My cousin moved her family from Glasgow because their red haired fair skinned daughter was being bullied and assaulted constantly by the muzzie turds that the UK invited in.
