If there is truth to this, it would have been over monied issues. Kirk was very much pro-Israel in his support itself. He would have wanted to keep his pro-Israel position separate from Turning Point, because they were two different things.

Do not abandon a cause just because of one bull headed doner—who may well be a jerk (They come on all religions, races and cultures). Bibi may well be too hawkish for many but he is given terrible choices. Both sides must give in some to reach a lasting peace (if that is even possible now).
