The World Naked Bike Ride is planning an “emergency ride” in response to the National Guard’s deployment in Portland.
The group posted on Instagram about an “Emergency World Naked Bike Ride” in the works.
In the post, organizers say they’re getting ready to ride for another cause, responding to what they call the “militarization of our city.”
The post says organizers are still working on the details, and it’s not clear exactly when the ride could take place.
The World Naked Bike Ride typically happens every summer, where people bike in the buff to protest pollution from other forms of transportation and call attention to cyclist safety.

Most of these naked bike rides are sausagefests. Not many women participate.
My long lost Norton 750 was my favorite naked bike. Even with the flakey idle and oil leaks.
This would be “bad naked.”
Seattle has the Dykes on Bikes parade. No doubt Portland has something similar. “The dream of the 90s is alive in Portland (all the hot girls wear glasses).”
