It was not a real Prosecution Memorandum as indicated in the headline, but rather a mock Prosecution Memorandum made up by an unidentified person or persons to illustrate what a Prosecution Memorandum against Letitia James might look like.

Another tipoff that the Prosecution Memorandum was not real is that the word, "Bombshell" did not appear in the Gateway Pundit headline.

She’s supposedly an attorney. She signed the fraudulent mortgage papers willingly after reviewing them (or being provided a chance to review them). That means the “mistake” defense has been transformed into a “negligence” defense. Excusable neglect does not apply to gross negligence. An Attorney signing something that is illegal on its face is “Inexcusable Neglect” - grossly negligent. If she uses the “mistake” defense, it will not keep her from becoming toast.
