A Saint?!!
The little I know about Kirk, he was certainly a good person and a gifted communicator.
But ‘Sainthood’ might be sort of ‘Cart before the horse’ situation.

Let some time pass, (seven years or more) and perhaps more learned elders of the Church will take that under consideration.
Right now, the emotion is still running high and hot, both Pro and Con.

Maybe he meant it the Catholic way, which shouldn’t happen. No one should be praying to Charlie Kirk.

All Believers, including Jews (as mentioned in the Psalms), are considered to be saints, though. So in that way, yes, Charlie is a saint.

Cardinal Dolan never said he should be made a saint. That’s what the poster put in the tweet after quoting Cardinal Dolan.

Its an X addition by a Kirk fan.
The Cardinal himself didn't say that.

Catholics don’t have “elders”. you must be Mormon or Protestant.

He’s literally reviving Christianity among the youth. He did it in life and now 10x in death.

I’ve never seen anyone having such influence. It’s a game changer.

What bothers me, the Church has been asking for a long time, “what can we do about the declining attendance?”. Yet, here was their answer underneath their feet and they didn’t even realize (or know) it.

That is exactly what has been wrong with Christianity in the modern world. It had no effective response to the rapidly changing culture. Charlie understood modern culture and was able to articulate the problems with where we’ve reached, and why, in respectful way.
