How is it legal for a state or other local government to make rules regarding the enforcement of federal law?

If anyone, student or otherwise, is breaking federal law by illegally being in the USA, federal law supercedes state or local law, and those here illegally are subject to arrest, as are those who interfere with the arrests. Time for some governors, mayors and school superintendents to be arrested, processed, jailed and brought before a judge who believes in American law and our American constitution.

Local government does not make the rules of where or how the federal government enforces its laws.

Federal law “Trumps” state law - and ICE are feds.

Remember how these lefties told us how only the feds can enforce immigration when Biden was in office?

The arrests of illegals will continue, as it should.

new rules about where and how ICE can make arrest.

ICE does not care about your rules nor are they bound by them. Their statutory authority derives from established federal law.

Impede them and see what happens.

If they are here illegally then they should be going to school in their home country.
