Congress, you have one primary job which you know about every year - write the budget. Yet somehow between your months of vacations you missed the schedule again and will pass a photocopy of last year’s budget with a few lines scratched out or (vastly more likely) added. Anyone with a real job one hundredth as incompetent as you would be fired. The only question left is which is bigger: your idiocy or your venality.
I wish the Congress would tie filing tax returns to the end of the month before the next general election.
