Fifteen Republicans accused of trying to falsely certify President Donald Trump as the winner of the 2020 election in Michigan will not face trial.
District Court Judge Kristen D. Simmons dismissed the criminal charges against the group on Tuesday, the Associated Press (AP) reported.
The judge explained that she saw no intent to commit fraud, and the defendants had sincerely believed there were problems with the election wherein Joe Biden (D) was declared the winner.
“I believe they were executing their constitutional right to seek redress,” Simmons added.
A survey conducted in early November 2020 showed less than half of the American people believed Biden won the election, per Breitbart News.
It is important to note that Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel (D) announced the charges in the so-called “fake electors” case more than two years ago. …

They innocently tried to fill the gap where someone would say “Too bad, suckers. Now that Pence didn’t accept the electors due to the vote fraud being uncovered, you guys have no electors so under the law the state doesn’t go to Trump.”

Actually, Nessel was on TV yesterday and two days ago about this case which was still live until yesterday.

AG Dana Nessel is mulling running for governor or US Senate. She has to be cut down politically.
May Nessel soon stew in her own disgusting petard. The RINO’s let her and the other 2 Soros Harpies win in 2018 without a true fight. (Outgoing RINO Gov. signed the Dominion voting software contract as he left Office.) All 3 seek higher Office when they should all be prosecuted for High Crimes & Misdemeanors for what they actively did to destroy Michigan on so many levels with no true end in sight. A Dem “judge” makes a sane-sounding decision. I’d wager that the only reason she did it is to “set precedent” so Dems who actually rig the elections are not prosecuted as much as they should be.
