Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett threw cold water on Donald Trump’s dreams for a third-term in the White House.
During an interview with Fox News host Bret Baier, the 53-year-old Trump-appointed justice said the 22nd Amendment's two term limit is cut and dry.
The amendment, which became the law of the land in 1951 after being ratified by three-quarters of U.S. states, says, ‘No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice.’

...except that he’s already won three presidential elections.There are no Presidential elections in the Constitution, unless you count the casting of ballots by the 538 Electors.
And, obviously, Trump lost THAT election on December 14, 2020 pretty decisively.
