That's right. A Kenyan migrant broke into a Twin Cities home in 2016 and raped a woman who was in bed sleeping.
For some reason, he was only sentenced to two years in jail.
He was then set to be deported, since America is no place for foreigners who rape women, but U.S. District Judge David S. Doty stayed the order in 2018 (because of course) and then the rapist managed to get two taxpayer-funded jobs at two state agencies (because of course).

First question: Is he here illegally? If yes, then there should be no question s to his being deported.
If not, then, still as a foreigner, he should probably be deported.
If that federal judge’s ruling isn’t based on an opinion that has includes a sound constitutional basis, then the ruling should be ignored and reversed and this guy should get deported.
Democrats will flock to his defense.

On another thread, someone pointed out the reason why people like this either get off Scot-free or at most get a slap on the wrist.
Left-wing ideology has gone from maintaining the pretense of equal opportunity to the dogma of "equity" - i.e. equal outcomes. Because blacks commit disproportionately many crimes, they are overrepresented in the prison population.
