Additional documents, first reported by the New York Post, show Biden staffers, days before the administration ended, scrambling to create an email “chain” confirming Mr. Biden actually signed off on the thousands of pardons.

What might be the chances that Mister Biden's staffers were mere lieutenants in this (and other policy directives); and, that a shadowy, well-insulated committee of some sort comprised the 'presidency'?

I have no idea, of course, it's a suspicion not an accusation. That stupulated, I'd like to know that if there was one, who may have been 'Mr. Big'?
