Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani was seriously injured in a car crash in New Hampshire, according to a spokesman.
81-year-old Giuliani was reportedly helping a domestic violence victim when the crash occurred on Saturday night.
As a result, Giuliani was hospitalized, sustaining a fractured vertebrae, along with multiple bruises and injuries to his left arm and lower leg, according to spokesman Michael Ragusa.
“Mayor Giuliani was flagged down by a woman who was a victim of domestic violence prior to the accident. He rendered assistance and contacted 911, remaining on scene until responding officers arrived to ensure her safety,” Ragusa stated.
“The accident occurred after he re-entered his vehicle, which was then hit from behind at high speed,” Ragusa continued. “The mayor is in great spirits. He’s a beast. He survived 9/11.”
Ragusa added that the crash was “not a targeted attack,” and is expected to remain in a local hospital for the next few days while he recovers.

Again?
Sounds like a set up

Rudy was a passenger.
The car that hit him was driven by a 19 year old.
Accidents happen.
Hit by someone driving a Bronco, who’s occupants were also injured, investigation continuing, no charges filed yet.
A passenger named Goodman, and the driver of the other vehicle, identified as Lauren Kemp, 19, of Concord, N.H, also sustained “non-life-threatening injuries and were taken by ambulance to area hospitals for treatment,” police said.
If genuine circumstance and not a setup , then “..He rendered assistance and contacted 911, remaining on scene until responding officers arrived.”
Doing what a good cop does.
She was perp, not victim, as it turns out.
First report I read yesterday suggested that Rudy was injured by a vehicle striking his rental car after re-entered it, which you would think would be on the shoulder at the time.
A later article said that his car was struck from the rear as he pulled back onto the highway, which sounds like poor judgment on his part.
I don’t know what the truth is, but I support Rudy and pray for his recovery.
