Not sure how much you know about Oregon. On Highway 97 near LaPine ODOT blew 100 million on an abandoned overpass they couldn’t be used because they screwed up the geologic survey.
That $100 million sounds like that was the money they can’t account for in their budget.
I was on 97 near LaPine a month ago. Took me half an hour to go a few miles due to road construction.
