Tommy Robinson will not be charged over an alleged assault at St Pancras railway stations last month.
The Crown Prosecution Service concluded 'there was not a realistic prospect of conviction', British Transport Police said.
It comes after the 42-year-old was arrested at Luton Airport on suspicion of grievous bodily harm in connection with an incident at St Pancras station on July 28.
The police force previously launched a probe after reports a man was assaulted at the busy London railway station.
A day later, Robinson had gone to Tenerife and was wanted for questioning after video emerged of him walking away from the scene.
The 42-year-old, whose real name is Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, was taken into custody by officers after a plane he boarded in Faro, Portugal, landed in Britain on August 4.
The force said they 'worked at pace' to gather evidence, including witness statements and CCTV, however, the victim did not wish to provide a statement.
The CPS have decided Robinson will not be charged after concluding 'that [their] legal test for prosecution has not been met.'
It comes after footage of the far-Right activist pacing back and forth beside the unresponsive man lying face-down on the concourse began circulating online in July.
Earlier that day, Robinson had posted footage of himself handing out flyers inside the station for an upcoming 'free speech' protest on September 13.
He appeared to be walking in the background as security were called to help the unresponsive man.
One bystanders could be heard urgently shouting: 'Can we get some help over here!'
But Robinson, visibly agitated, threw his arms in the air before turning and walking away down a staircase, repeatedly protesting his innocence.
'He ****ing came at me, bruv,' he yelled in the clip. 'He come at me bruv, you saw that.'

Tommy should have stayed in Tenerife, Spain.
The English legal system (as it currently exists) will continue to hound him.
There’s nothing more that says “he’s COMPLETELY innocent” than TR not being charged for something. If they could, they would.
The temperature has also changed. He’s not hated now the people see through the media lies. Throwing him in prison again for anything they can come up with would be a bad move. TR now has the attention of a lot of powerful people - on his side.
It was probably a set up and they have it all on tape. My guess is that they didn’t want to show the tape.

I totally believe this. If Robinson was at fault, they surely would have charged him. And you know there must be CCTV footage.
And BTW, this makes Robinson "the victim."

Something of a Streisand effect bootstrapping its way up here. The presumption internationally among a lot of folks is that the UK police and political establishment can do no right and the more they take their frustration from their own pusillanimity towards wayward asylum seekers out on Tommy, the more they hurt themselves.

There’s no “probably” about it. He has been attacked in public by total strangers oftentimes. Period.
