I use to work at Flushing hospital New York city in the 1980s as a security guard and we would get the junkies hanging around the emergency room or roaming around looking for stuff to steal, and they spoke exactly like Kamala Harris.

I got enough experience to be able to recognize them from a mile away, and one of the biggest indicators was the “vocal fry” a voice that sounds way way too relaxed and the word salads, and the ding a ling intellect, so I started calling her Junkie Jezebel.
