FWIW the date requirement as required by statute is meaningful only because the statute does not recognize postmark date...and irrespective it is the date of receipt (by 2000 hrs Election Day) which really matters.
The courts are really into stealing elections and power from the GOP. Damn Nazis skanks and pigs.

The date requirement is on there to make sure someone doesn’t manufacture ballots after election day and send them in a day later. In Pennsylvania, they allow mail-in ballots to come in 5 days AFTER the election. And they are allowed to be counted. INSANE! This is what these filthy pukes call democracy.
Normally, formal events occur on a specific date. Failure to acknowledge or otherwise attend such an event by that date means that you've missed out.
Fail to submit requested documentation before a court matter, and the courts will not see it to be a similar “burden”.

Brain dead judges. Can’t even see that the ballots could have been manufactured during the counting process to fix the election.
If any legal documents are dated incorrectly or have no date on them, I am sure judges have a right to question the validity of the filings. But not for voting?
Even the judges are idiots. Need to appeal and make a big stink of it.
Continue the appeals.
In general, The courts do not want to get entangled in elections (even the honest one). Especially in past or nearly incoming elections.
So, it is very important to act proactively.
If you want to change something in 2026 elections, you have to sue NOW.
Republicans erred in the past, as they did nothing and sued after the fraudulent elections. That’s a loosing strategy. Courts either tell you, it is too late, or wait until it is too late! Or just do nothing!

My mother’s vote has cancelled mine out since I started voting.
