Budapest, when behind the Iron Curtain, was a distant second. There the propaganda was ubiquitous and relentless, but the Hungarian population was constantly aware of it and therefore constantly resisted it.
In California, the propaganda is so thick I can actually feel it. The people absorb it like zombies and cannot see anything else.
When they get out of California and away from the propaganda, they show signs of awakening to reality, signs of increasing lucidity, but unless they stay away from California they immediately get back into the brainwashed zombie delusional state of mind.
My son-in-law moved permanently away from California, and he is now lucid and fiercely anti-woke. This has caused major problems between him and his family, i.e. his parents and siblings.
My granddaughter, when she gets away from California for a visit, becomes lucid and aware, but as soon as she goes back, she starts echoing the propaganda.
Even my ultra-conservative son, whose wife is a leftist, has recently shown signs of acquiescence to the delusions.
It is terrifying to see people like this. It's like 1984. It is like The Invasion of the Body Snatchers.
It's in the schools, the universities, TV--EVERYWHERE!
I despise going there or even talking, for purposes of business or other professional reasons, to the brainwashed California zombies, which I must do frequently by telephone. It's like talking to machines.
When I was a medical student, I had a psychotic patient who believed that she was being bombarded with cosmic rays by the hospital telephone operator. She carried a spoon with which she protected herself from the cosmic rays. In conversation, she frequently placed the spoon in various places over her body like a shield.
She was highly intelligent, and her conversation was reasonable and intelligent until it entered her delusion, from which she could not escape.
I asked her this: "You are an intelligent woman; you know what a delusion is; so when doctors and other people tell you that this is a delusion, why don't you believe them?"
For a moment, her face was lost in confusion. Then she recovered composure enough to reply, "If they will only leave me alone, I'm okay."
She could recognize and even admit that she was suffering from delusion, but it took more strength than she had to maintain resistance to it or to escape it, and her only comfort zone was to retreat permanently into it.
Those brainwashed by the propaganda are like that. It requires more strength than they have to resist it, even when confronted with truth, reason, rationality, or anything that contradicts the delusion.
It is a pandemic of mass psychosis, as real a disease as the black plague of ages past, and, if not checked, it threatens to be even more deadly.
They can sue and maybe temporarily win for the city via a liberal Judge, but this is a Federal agency. There is no law that says ICE cannot be in their City enforcing Federal immigration laws, especially if ICE already has detention centers in the state, which I expect they have several in California.
Stay the course, ICE. They’re squealing like stuck pigs. You know that you’re on the right track when this happens.
This sign is good and should be broadcasted far and wide whenever there’s criticism about ICE from the left.
