President Donald Trump repeated his demand for Tina Peters to be released from prison and threatened "harsh measures" if she remains detained.
Peters, 69, is a Colorado election clerk convicted of tampering with voting machines after the 2020 presidential election. She is serving a nine-year sentence in La Vista Correctional Facility.
"FREE TINA PETERS, a brave and innocent Patriot who has been tortured by Crooked Colorado politicians, including the big Mail-In Ballot supporting the governor of the State," Trump posted to Truth Social on Thursday morning.
"Let Tina Peters out of jail, RIGHT NOW."
Trump, who said Peters "did nothing wrong" and accused the Democrats of electoral cheating, added: "She is an old woman, and very sick. If she is not released, I am going to take harsh measures!!!"...

Legally required to preserve the vote cast record ,
( that dominion deleted with their “ trusted build “ maintenance plot )
that had she neglected to preserve , would be criminally liable for prosecution for failing to preserve the vote cast record ,for iirc, 22 months after the election .
They threw her in jail for doing what she could be thrown in jail for NOT doing.

She proved election fraud that Jena Griswold was involved in. Tina Peters did nothing wrong. Juan Osavin who has been helping her legally and financially said several months ago that they will get her out but its going to take time.

What “harsh measures” exactly does Trump believe is within his authority as president to take against Colorado for her sentence and prison time?
He really is not doing himself any favors by this constant blustering on Truth Social. He is certainly within his personal rights to opine on her case. Making veiled threats in the capacity of his office is just wrong.
This woman needs to become a priority.
