The illegal migrant truck driver who allegedly killed three people after making a rogue U-turn on a Florida highway was handed work papers under the Biden administration after they were denied during President Trump’s first term, the Department of Homeland Security said Monday.
Harjinder Singh crossed the southern border into California in September 2018 and was processed for fast-track deportation by the first Trump administration, sources told The Post. The Indian national was previously processed for deportation, but was able to stay after claiming he feared being sent back home. Singh was later released on a $5,000 immigration bond in January 2019 and still awaits a decision on his asylum case.
After receiving his work permit in June 2021, Singh was able to secure a Commercial Driver’s License in California, according to DHS.

FLORIDA HAS THE DEATH PENALTY
NEEDS TO USE IT ON THIS GUY
Florida has the death penalty, but I don’t know if causing traffic fatalities qualifies under state law.
There goes Newsom’s lyin’ claim again. He was projecting once again when he claimed that this illegal was approved for a license under President Trump.
How was Newsom involved in this? This happened in Florida.
The guy showed zero emotion when the car went under the trailer.
The CDL was issued in California
It doesn’t... That’s ridiculous.
I don’t think any state has provisions for any sort of vehicular homicide to be eligible for the death penalty. It has to be some kind of premeditated murder with special circumstances.
Democrats rigged the 2020 Census.
There are 20-30 Democrat seats in the House
that would NOT exist if illegals weren’t counted.

Democrats rigged the 2020 Census by rigorously letting in and counting illegals as if they were American citizens. There are 20-30 Democrat seats in the House that would NOT exist if illegals weren’t counted. Let’s fix this.
No doubt.
I saw an even more shocking example of that on another video.
After the crash when the police were taking dead and wounded out of cars he was just standing there watching. Sort of like if I broke a trim of my lawn mower or something, a slight annoyance. Mostly just indifference.
He illustrates the state of immigration under our system now. They are coming here to boost their income..PERIOD. They care zero for our people, customs, freedoms or The American Way.
We are all just objects to many of them, to be used to get more money.
I guess I’m slow this morning. Got up too early.
It just dawned on me he likely/possibly did this on purpose. The cab video shows him watching oncoming traffic as he pulled the trailer in front of them. He had driven a truck for years, he damn well knows what would happen.
Explains why he watches the carnage so calmly.

NM and WA also have some splainin’ to do...
During FMCSA’s interview with the driver, investigators administered an English Language Proficiency (ELP) assessment in accordance with FMCSA guidance. The driver failed the assessment, providing correct responses to just 2 of 12 verbal questions and only accurately identifying 1 of 4 highway traffic signs.
“If states had followed the rules, this driver would never have been behind the wheel and three precious lives would still be with us. This crash was a preventable tragedy directly caused by reckless decisions and compounded by despicable failures. Non-enforcement and radical immigration policies have turned the trucking industry into a lawless frontier, resulting in unqualified foreign drivers improperly acquiring licenses to operate 40-ton vehicles,” said U.S. Transportation Secretary Sean P. Duffy. “We will use every tool at our disposal to hold these states and bad actors accountable. President Trump and I will restore safety to our roads. The families of the deceased deserve justice.”
