Governor Dumpster Fire in LA has a problem. Only 200 permits to rebuild out of 800 with 55 days average till approval. A knuckle dragger if I ever saw one.

Oh, and they didn't suspend the requirement to install state approved Solar Panels from what I see.

DOH!

Newsome is an Oldsome Democrat who punishes LA and instead protects Gang Bangers, Shoplifters, Rapists, and Murderers. Standard Democratic Dogma don't you know.
