It is an interesting thing to suddenly lose one’s freedom. It would be very interesting on this day, June 3, 2022.

The first thing FBI agents do when they grab you is pull your arms behind you and put you in handcuffs.

I can’t find out why he was targeted in the first place.

“a politically motivated misdemeanor”?

He refused to give a deposition , as a member of Trump’s cabinet he was under the presidents immunity.

So they cooked up another “ novel legal theory” and magically turned a non crime protected right into a crime.

Then tried him in DC , found him guilty of that imaginary novel non crime

And sentenced him to , iirc, 4 months .

Same illegal crap they did to Stephen Bannon for exactly the same thing.

Today’s FBI consists of the very same people ... they deserve the same trust today that they deserved three years ago.

No one hopes I’m wrong more than me, and I’ll be the first to admit it if I am....but I doubt it.

If they don’t repent they are going to have an eternity in the company of other evil folks, or alone. And while they will be without God, just as they wanted, only they will be utterly powerless, which is intolerable to them, and not a condition they have ever contemplated.

Speaking of agent Walt Giardina:

Disgraced, and under criminal investigation, former FBI General Counsel James Baker took custody in 2015 of whistleblower evidence documenting the use of Hammer and Scorecard by Biden in the 2012 election. What happened to the evidence I wonder?

FBI General Counsel James Baker, testifying under oath before a joint Congressional committee, stated that he took possession of Dennis Montgomery’s evidence. Baker dispatched FBI Special Agents Walter Giardina and William Barnett to the FBI Miami Field Office in August 2015 to pick up Montgomery’s computer hard drives. Baker testified before Congress in October 2018: “So his client was an individual named Dennis Montgomery, who I believe, to the best of my recollection, he said that he had been a U.S. Government contractor and, in the course of that work, had come across evidence of unlawful surveillance by the government of Americans — and including government officials — and wanted to give that information to the Bureau, which eventually did take place. Baker confirmed that Montgomery had provided his FBI agents with evidence that government officials were conducting unlawful domestic surveillance of Americans, including other government officials.
