The man facing a federal assault charge for throwing a Subway sandwich at a federal officer in Washington, D.C., was an employee at the Department of Justice, Attorney General Pam Bondi said. Sean Charles Dunn, who worked in the DOJ’s criminal division, has been fired, she said. FBI Director Kash Patel posted a video showing the incident.
