President Donald Trump told European leaders during a call on Wednesday that he does not intend to discuss any possible divisions of territory when he meets with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Alaska this week, according to two European officials and three other people briefed on the call.
Trump said on the call, which also included Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, that he is going into the meeting with Putin with the goal of securing a ceasefire in Ukraine, those sources said.
Trump and European leaders agreed that a ceasefire in Ukraine has to be implemented before peace negotiations can begin, the European officials and two other people briefed on the call said. Some of the European leaders were left with the impression from the call that Trump is not optimistic about the results of his meeting with Putin, they added.

Possible result of meeting:
Russia has consistently maintained that there will be no ceasefire before there is a peace agreement.
Trump proposed to talk about territorial swaps. The result of Trump caving to the EU will be a declaration of another Trump TACO.
As the proposal of a ceasefire without a peace agreement is a nonstarter for Russia, the meeting will be declared to have been a waste of time.
As Zelensky (and EU/UK and American neo-cons) prefer to prolong the conflict rather than engage in a peace negotiation, the conflict will continue and Russia will fight to the last Ukrainian. Already there are insufficient Ukrainians to adequately man the front lines. The result of the conflict has already been decided. It is now only a matter of how many dead Ukrainians it takes to persuade them that they have lost the conflict.
Trump and Putin may continue to waste time until Russia takes Odessa.

No one is holding Zelensky back from going on offense and taking his

In July Russiaās deficit spending was 3 times the projected deficit for the whole year and Julys deficit was nearly equal to what was projected for the entire year.

There are several ways to win a war, one is with meat which pitin is demonstrating. The other is economically.
