I don’t know how many are loyal to foreign powers, but I believe that the vast majority of them are loyal to something other than the American Citizens and the general concept of “America”.
And come to think of it a lot of them have no concept of loyalty at all, other than their own self interest: “Who is TODAY’S highest bidder is their only care.
I do think that if anyone says anything unkind about all the foreign born reps, senators, and judges at all levels the FBI and CIA would take due notice and punish them for unkind words.
